Day 31 of fitness plan


I’ve made it through a full-month of exercising every day and I’m feeling like I’m in better shape. Now, I’m just waiting for the weight to start dropping off as I continue to be faithful to my diet.

Weight:282.0 pounds

Exercise:Week 5 Day 2 of couch-to-5k plan. On the treadmill, I did a 5 minute warm-up walk at 3.0 mph, jogged for 8 minutes at 4.5 mph, walked for 5 minutes at 3.0 mph, jogged for 7 minutes at 4.5 mph, jogged for 1 minute at 5.0 mph.

Yesterday’s water:Three 20-ounce bottles of tap water.

Yesterday’s WW points:39 (40 food points – 1 activity point)
