I finally got to the day in my running plan where there isn’t any walking. Up until now, it’s been alternating sequences of walking and jogging, but today it was all jogging. I did 20 minutes with the treadmill set on 4.5 mph. For you math whizzes, that means that I ran 1.5 miles. By the time I was done, I was sweating like a horse despite the fact the garage isn’t heated.
I’m pretty sure that I couldn’t have run a mile and a half a month ago without stopping.
