Day 29 of fitness plan


We went to Olive Garden last night to celebrate my mother-in-law’s birthday, which means I had to rely on my activity points to stay within my daily Weight Watchers limit of 39 points. Linguine ala marinara is on their Garden Fare list but it was still 11 points.

I did my progress test for the hundredpushups.com plan today and I finally managed to do 16 in a row without stopping, so I can finally move up to week 3 tomorrow. I’ve doubled my max number of push-ups in four weeks, but I’m a little disappointed that I haven’t been able to keep up with the plan.

As for the running, it still seems pretty easy and I might push myself a little harder if I knew my limits better. Instead I just take it fairly easy so that I make sure I can finish. Today, I cranked up the speed on the treadmill for that last minute, so I guess I’ll just have to wait until the end of a run to see how I feel and then push myself at the end.

Yesterday’s water:Zero 1-liter bottles of tap water. I never bothered to look for my water bottle and ended up just drinking Diet Coke all day.

Yesterday’s WW points:39 (43 food points – 4 activity points)
