Day 26 of fitness plan


I’ve stuck to Weight Watchers four days in a row now, and either the scale is broken, or I’m losing a lot of weight fast. I’m betting the scale just sucks. It’s a 10-year-old digital bathroom scale in which I haven’t changed the battery in ages, but until its proven one way or the other, I’ll just go ahead and feel good about losing weight.

I ran on the treadmill this morning as it is still cold as hell outside. I forgot to turn on the TV before I started so I spent the whole 26.5 minutes counting my steps from one to fifty and starting over. Never let it be said that I don’t have at least a touch of OCPD.
