Day 25 of fitness plan


Three days in a row for sticking to Weight Watchers. I seem to be doing better with push-ups too. To heck with my previous theory about popping up at the end. The trick seems to be to do them as quickly as possible. That doesn’t mean only go half-way down like kids seem to do when they are ordered to do pushups by their coaches. It just means to try to do the pushups as fast as possible.

Weight:280.5 pounds

Exercise:Week 2 Day 2 of the hundredpushups.com plan. 5 sets (5,6,4,4,12)

Yesterday’s water:Two 1-liter bottles of tap water.

Yesterday’s WW points:36 (40 food points – 4 activity points)
