I actually stuck to my diet yesterday. I’m allowed 40 points per day on Weight Watchers, and I only used 36. I ate 40 points worth of food, but I earned 4 points for running.
18 points was for two and a half peanut butter and jelly sandwiches that I had as a late-night snack. I didn’t realize that peanut butter had so many calories until after I had eaten the sandwiches and checked the label on the peanut butter jar.
