Day thirteen of fitness plan

I’m on vacation today. So, I’m going to goof off more than usual, but I did manage to get my exercise done.

I’ve been having a lot of trouble dragging myself out of bed in the morning lately, so I’ve decided that I’m going to spend today thinking of reasons to get out of bed in the morning and to think of a project that will engage my passion. This fitness plan thing is good for me and all, but I have to admit that I’m not enjoying it. I need to find something that I enjoy that will get me going each day.

Weight: 282 pounds

Exercise: Week 2, Day 3 of the hundred pushups plan. 5 sets (5,7,5,5,8)

Yesterday’s breakfast: 6 Weight Watchers points. 1 cup All-Bran Strawberry Medley cereal, Half-cup skim milk, 1 banana.

Yesterday’s water:I drank two 1-liter bottles of tap water. Unfortunately, I drank them just before bedtime so I had to get up several times during the night. I definitely will be drinking the water earlier today.
