I&#8217;ve been doing this for 8 weeks now and I&#8217;m definitely seeing some progress. It&#8217;s just awfully slow.<\/p>\n<p>Today I ran 2 miles without stopping. I definitely couldn&#8217;t have done that 8 weeks ago. I also did 53 push-ups. I couldn&#8217;t have done that 8 weeks ago either. My only problem is that I can&#8217;t seem to get any weight off, but that&#8217;s because I&#8217;m having trouble sticking to my diet. Now that the holidays are over and I&#8217;m going back to work then maybe I&#8217;ll eat less high-calorie junk. We&#8217;ll see.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Weight:<\/strong>285.0 pounds<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exercise:<\/strong>Week 6 Day 3 of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.coolrunning.com\/engine\/2\/2_3\/181.shtml\">couch-to-5k plan<\/a>. I actually finished the run this time so I&#8217;m moving on to week 7 of the plan tomorrow. I also did week 3 Day 3 of the <a href=\"http:\/\/hundredpushups.com\">hundrdedpushups.com plan<\/a>. 5 sets (11,13,9,9,11).
