Up until now, it&#8217;s been alternating sequences of walking and jogging, but today it was all jogging. I did 20 minutes with the treadmill set on 4.5 mph. For you math whizzes, that means that I ran 1.5 miles. By the time I was done, I was sweating like a horse despite the fact the garage isn&#8217;t heated.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m pretty sure that I couldn&#8217;t have run a mile and a half a month ago without stopping.<\/p>\n<p>Weight:279.0 pounds<\/p>\n<p>Exercise:Week 5 Day 3 of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.coolrunning.com\/engine\/2\/2_3\/181.shtml\">couch-to-5k plan<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Yesterday\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s water:Two 20-ounce bottles of tap water.<\/p>\n<p>Yesterday\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s WW points:??
