Now, I&#8217;m just waiting for the weight to start dropping off as I continue to be faithful to my diet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Weight:<\/strong>282.0 pounds<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exercise:<\/strong>Week 5 Day 2 of couch-to-5k plan.
