So, I&#8217;m going to goof off more than usual, but I did manage to get my exercise done. <\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve been having a lot of trouble dragging myself out of bed in the morning lately, so I&#8217;ve decided that I&#8217;m going to spend today thinking of reasons to get out of bed in the morning and to think of a project that will engage my passion. This fitness plan thing is good for me and all, but I have to admit that I&#8217;m not enjoying it. I need to find something that I enjoy that will get me going each day.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Weight:<\/strong> 282 pounds<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exercise:<\/strong> Week 2, Day 3 of the hundred pushups plan. 5 sets (5,7,5,5,8)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yesterday&#8217;s breakfast:<\/strong> 6 Weight Watchers points. 1 cup All-Bran Strawberry Medley cereal, Half-cup skim milk, 1 banana.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yesterday&#8217;s water:<\/strong>I drank two 1-liter bottles of tap water. Unfortunately, I drank them just before bedtime so I had to get up several times during the night.
