It was easier than the last run. On Sunday, I was about to fall out, but today I was just breathing heavy.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m still doing terrible on the diet portion of this. Maybe I need to phase it in bit-by-bit. First things, I&#8217;m going to do are eat a healthy breakfast every day and to drink a half-gallon of water every day.
